Horizontal Baler Relocation and Conveyor Installation in PA

We recently completed a baler relocation and reinstallation project for a customer in Pennsylvania in partnership with our AES division in PA.

The project included moving the customer’s Harris American DC 6343 horizontal baler from New Jersey to Pennsylvania, reinstalling it at the new facility, and adding a recycling conveyor system and other components to support efficient operation at the new site.

Baler Relocation Project Overview

For this project, our team handled both the equipment relocation and the new system additions required to get the baler back up and running at its new location.

The completed work included:

  • Relocating the customer’s Harris American Company DC 6343 baler from NJ to PA
  • Reinstalling the baler at the customer’s new Pennsylvania facility
  • Adding a new REI 48-inch wide by 24-foot long conveyor
  • Installing a new transition hood
  • Completing the setup so the system was ready for operation at the new site
