Box plants produce a steady stream of corrugated scrap. Turning this scrap into dense bales can open another revenue stream as recyclers may pay top dollar for quality bales.

In an automated operation, box scrap is often fed by air conveyors to the baler. Here, most of our customers specify our auto wire tier - one of the best engineered tiers on the market today. User-friendly controls help the operator set up the entire automated baling function. The baler then operates unattended - with forklift operators periodically stopping to pick up finished bales weighing as much as 1900 pounds.
